||1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.| Solid overview of PR|By Daniel Grimm|I almost purchased the "Sum and Substance" Professional Responsibility audio summary instead of this Law School Legends edition because of the one negative review, but decided to take a chance on Erwin Chemerinsky for two reasons: it was cheaper, and I could get the item in two days (necessary because exam time was coming up soon).

The Professional Responsibility audio lecture on CD explains regulation of attorneys, bar admission, unauthorized practice, competency, discipline, judgment, layer-client relationship, representation, and withdrawal.
